Our vacancies are advertised as Trust vacancies and, as part of our commitment to continuing professional development, career progression and flexibility, we offer the opportunity to work at other schools in the Trust. Our contracts of employment allow employees to move between schools in our Trust.
In the late Spring/early Summer term each year, we carry out Trust-wide recruitment for teachers/leaders, where successful candidates may be appointed to any school in the Trust (in negotiation with the candidate).
We interview regularly, and interviewed candidates may be considered for subsequent positions for that role which arise within the Trust.
