CELT and Kernow Learning are working together to provide professional development for colleagues across Cornwall.  

This CPD brings national and local expertise and research to Cornish colleagues with the aim of raising outcomes for Cornish students, supporting retainment and recruitment and professional support and development.

Enriching the golden thread and to meet identified needs in Cornwall:

• To develop relationships between teachers and leaders in different settings.
• To bring national leaders to Cornwall, reducing the isolation of the location.
• To look beyond the county to raise standards and outcomes for pupils in Cornwall.
